Retiree Chairperson Joseph Guarino called the meeting to order on March 10, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. The pledge of allegiance was recited followed by a moment of silence for the recently deceased retiree members.

Chairperson Joseph Guarino asked for a motion to accept December 9, 2022 meeting as written. A motion was made and second. The meeting minutes were accepted.

The Executive Board will be attending the Region 2B Retired Workers Council Meeting Conference April 3-5 in French Lick, IN.

Healthcare: UAW Trust and Optum Rx administered by United Healthcare Insurance have collaborated to offer prescription drug coverage, built specifically for UAW Trust members and retirees.

Representative from United Health Care presented updates on the transition of 2023 Benefits and answered questions.

50/50 Raffle purchase: half is given to a ticket winner the other half is for donuts and printing meeting minutes.

Raffle was held.

Next meeting is June 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

The meeting adjourned at 11:50 a.m. and lunch followed
